Hello my Friends,
Well as another year closes and another approaches I must say the Holidays were extremely hard for me, as for others, I am sure. Even though we are expected to join in the celebrations with our friends and loved ones it is sometimes impossible to hide behind the facade of a smile, to act like our hearts are not shattered into a million pieces and everything is just fine.
If they could just peek behind the curtain.
I pray they never have to experience the loss of a soulmate and the loss of a child especially at the holiday time or any time for that matter. My life behind the curtain of such grief and pain can never be explained in this life on earth. But one thing for sure, life will never be the same for me.
Even though there are so many things on the earth that we do not understand and cannot make any sense of, there is one thing I do know without a doubt, God has a plan. He sees the whole picture where we see just a tiny little dot of a circumstance.
My Trust is in God and God alone.
He is a faithful, merciful, compassionate God who loves all of us.
No matter what you are facing today or through the holidays past, No matter how many “WHYS” or “IF’S” there might be in your circumstances, LOOK to God for your comfort. Man has no words of healing or compassion that compares with the promises of God.
He is always right there with you.
Just know that you are not alone.
Jesus is there, always.
As someone who has been and is there also, know that this Blog is a safe place of healing and restoring, together through sharing.
